As Personal Assistant to Jim, the CEO, Natalie provides both professional and personal support, ensuring seamless coordination and a trusted partnership at the highest level of the organisation.

With three years of hands-on technical experience in the frozen seafood industry, Harry has developed strong skills in process optimization, document control, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency and uphold product standards from plant to customer.
